Hello! My name is Lucy and I am an expert qualitative researcher with strong foundational knowledge in quantitative research. I have a Ph.D. in Communication Studies with an emphasis on interpersonal communication and game studies. I am an academic who successfully transitioned into the world of UX because my goal is to make my research impactful to people and incite real-time change. I am currently a UX researcher at a major games company and continue to hone my skills by attending workshops and conferences in UX research and design.
